Today I took my Goldendoodle to be check for worms. Test came back negative. I purchased 6 months worth of medication to prevent fleas or any worms. The bill was $255 ,while the male associate said since your using a debit card.Tgere is a processing fee of 3% around $6 /more dollars. I explained to him on debut cards it's illegal to charge any fees. He begain to argue that it was.policy to charge. Even the office manger came out and said it's program in there system to charge 3% for debut. I explained to the office manager that , "Durbin Amendment" , says Debit card surcharges is not legally allowed anywhere in the United States. She stated that,"she didn't care if it was illegal.". That she was going to keep charging the fees. So after being badgered by six employees they finally gave in and deducted the $6. I am nor complaining about there medical treatments. Only there not carriage about breaking the law. Consumers have to stand up to big corporations or there bullies every dollar possible from the customers.

Berry's Animal Hospital has been so kind to me and my puppy Daffodil she was really sick and the staff took the best care of her they could (and even referred us to several specialist to help save her) sadly she was too sick and we had to put her down but Berry's cared for her like she was there own and she loved them! Ever time I would bring her in she would wag her tail at them, the people at Berry's are just that they are people they are caring, compassionate, and loving to Animals and People alike, they do there best at there job they can, and I know that they feel for everyone who comes in with a sick and dieing animal and will do everything in there power to save them. Thank you Berry's for being great vets!
