Very unsatisfied with this vet. Have had issues with bad customer service in the past. Still decided to try to do business here. I feel that they do not really care and the only thing they're focused on is making money. I took my dog there for an eye issue and did not want to give medicine for his eye. The only thing they wanted to do is do an expensive surgery and his eyes is Irritated and would not give no drops and I know that there is a solution other than surgery to at least help to make His eye feel better but they refuse to even give treatment. Just only opt to have a multi-thousand dollar surgery to remove a growth on his eye. they even charge for a heartworm test that I did not even approve I tried to talk to them about the situation but they didn't really even care.

Receptionist was rude. Didn't ask me anything . Made assumptions, talked over me and was saying stuff that didn't pertain to me at all. Assumed everything, knew nothing. I'll never bother going back.

I take both of my cats here, and it is the BEST vet I’ve ever been to! The atmosphere is perfect, and the doctor is extremely knowledgeable. My cat had an eye issue, and my previous vet misdiagnosed her. He knew immediately what was wrong and prescribed medicine that healed her eye within 2 weeks. The doctor, along with every staff member, is extremely kind.
