Brought a semi-feral farm cat we have into this vet, with a suspected broken rib. With obvious crepitus, and a stark change in behavior (really, what semi-feral cat suddenly enjoys being held?) it was clear something was wrong -- upon arrival, they were certainly not handling my cat like he had a broken rib (specified 3 times) Following with x-rays, to which my husband had to point out the very clean, complete break of his rib, as it was not seen by the vet. Moderately displeased - I am understanding of their volume, and challenging industry, but I do not feel the cost of visit equates to the experience we received.

Took 3 stray puppies to them. Now with the 2nd round of shot, deworming, nail clipping,and a dose of flea/tick treatment- they were still a lot more cost effective than others in my area. The staff are very professional, listen to you, caring, helpful, loving, and careful with the pups. Dr. Mouling is beyond great! He listens to you and includes you in all aspects of the decision process for treatment. They did not judge, they only want to care for your furry friend.
