I want to sincerely thank Dr. Keri, Jessica, and the entire team at PC Animal Hospital for literally saving our Stella’s life. I cannot put into words how grateful my family and I are for everything they did for her.
Not only did they stabilize Stella, but they stayed for hours after closing to make sure she was stable enough to safely make the trip to an emergency veterinary clinic more than an hour away. They also carefully medicated her to help ensure she could make the journey without experiencing additional complications that could have put her life at risk.
Their care and dedication went far beyond what we could have expected. Dr. Keri and the team contacted the emergency clinic ahead of our arrival and explained Stella’s condition so they would be prepared to receive her immediately. Because of that communication, I was able to hand Stella off as soon as we arrived, allowing the emergency staff to begin treatment right away. That preparation turned out to be critical, as Stella began experiencing serious problems within minutes of arriving.
Dr. Keri also went above and beyond by researching different emergency veterinary options, including availability and pricing. During an incredibly stressful and frightening situation, having someone who was willing to help us navigate those decisions meant more than I can say.
I truly cannot thank everyone at PC Animal Hospital enough. They didn’t simply provide excellent veterinary care, they showed genuine compassion, urgency, and concern for Stella throughout the entire ordeal. They stayed late into the evening, well after closing, because they cared about making sure she had the best possible chance.
And their care didn’t end that night.
Stella had to return to PC Animal Hospital two more times over the following days, and each time, Dr. Keri and the team continued to provide the same exceptional level of care and attention. It was obvious that they had become personally invested in Stella’s recovery and genuinely wanted to see her get better. That kind of personal care and compassion is becoming increasingly rare, and it meant everything to our family.
If you love your pets the way my family does, I cannot recommend PC Animal Hospital highly enough. When Stella’s life was on the line, Dr. Keri, Jessica, and their team were there for us, not just as veterinarians, but as people who truly cared.
We will be eternally grateful to them for giving our girl a second chance and helping bring her home to us.
