I feel as if this Vet office is not the same vet office I have used over the past 8 years. The quality of care has declined especially over the past year. I feel like maybe you guys should stop focusing on the Tictok/Instagram likes and views and focus more on your quality of care you provide your patients with. That are paying you! I have been researching the meds my dog was given and come to find out the meds prescribed was not even meds for my dogs issues. So I've been giving my dog a medication for MONTHSSSSSS that was not even supposed to be given! I TRUSTED YALL! I've used this place of business for 8 years now. Last week when I purchased my 2 dogs Bravecto pill i asked the girl who checked me out is there any tips she could enlighten me on to get my 2 babies to take it. In which she replied "Nope just shove it down their throats" First of all, I ain't shoving anything down their throat. Secondly, I wonder if she would like something shoved down HER throat. It made me question even bringing my 2 babies here due to the nature of her tone and demeanor upon answering my question. She was very hateful and acted like she didnt even want to be at work!! Thankfully this week I have found a new vet!!!!!

If you want a kind and amazing vet go here!!!!! Dr Evan’s is the best vet we have ever had! She is so kind and patient with our cat that is aggressive and is the first vet to actually help her. All the staff is super kind and helpful. They all actually love animals and are wonderful people. Can’t recommend enough!!!!

They aren't my regular Vets. I paid for a Vet check and Coggins on a rescue horse named Sampson. The Vet said his teeth didn't need floating. Well, they definitely do he's dropping feed. Plus, he had worms and beans. I now have to take him for another Vet check with my Vet. Nothing she said about this horse was accurate. Sampson is in much worse condition. Thankfully he's now with a me. I have 50+ years experience with horses! Unfortunately I couldn't be there that morning, due to a root canal scheduled. Definitely do not recommend County Line for Equine's health. I want my money back for that Vet check. I've called and they just keep putting me on hold. I can't speak to their small animal side. Their front desk staff were barely polite. Took my money. I then had to follow up two times regarding a prescription the Vet recommended. I'd also called to ask about hid moderate reaction to the vaccinations. They could care less. Again so thankful for my Vets and Farrier. The woman who claims to "rescue horses " had at least 5 more that needed to be rescued from her. But, that's a different review or report to the County Sheriff in the Danville area of Alabama.
