I got in to see them the same day I called, there was no wait time, and the staff was friendly and clearly loves animals. I was very pleased with the price as well - no sticker shock at checkout.

I originally wrote the post below several years ago. I'm still using Bay Animal Clinic and they always exceed my expectations. Just last week, we had an emergency situation and they were within 30 minutes of closing on Saturday for the weekend. Amber, Montana, Taylor and Dr. Wilson saw my concern and completed xrays, etc. to help us. They had knowledge, compassion and gave us their time in our stressful situation. I still highly recommend them. I have been using Bay Animal Clinic for years. Even before Dr. Kuhn purchased the clinic. I've never had any issues what so ever prior or after the purchase. Since Dr. Kuhn's purchase he has been nothing but helpful, reasonable in the care of aging animals and knowledgeable. He is very easy to speak with since you can tell he sincerely cares about your pet. His staff also has been totally helpful and efficient when we have needed them. Do yourself a favor and take your loved pets to Bay Animal.
