It’s so sad that this is the only emergency in the shoals area. Absolutely horrible. My dog was suffering and I was so scared for his life. I was hysterical. I waited almost two hours for him to even be assessed. I came out the room and one of the nurses got loud and cut me off to let me know there are more important patients there and I need to be patient. Luckily, the nice lady at the front desk with purple hair came in to assess him at the very least. My boy deserved better care. They really and truly suck and should not be trusted. They were out in the hallway talking and laughing while my dog was suffering. The Veterinarian seemed to have no knowledge of anything. Literally couldn’t give me any answers, explanations, nothing. Horrible experience. Will never go back there again.

I am so very grateful for the whole team at SAVE. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and supportive during a very stressful time for me and my pet. The patient portal is very helpful as well. I am very impressed with this practice and highly recommend!
