My baby had to be put to sleep because she had an inoperable tumor in her stomach and she was in terrible pain and there was no good outcome for her and I miss her so much but I couldn't watch her suffer anymore, which wasn't a good experience but she had the best doctor and they were so kind and everyone involved was absolutely amazing and I couldn't dream of having attentive group of people taking care of my babies. I'm very grateful for the care we've been treated with.

My dog has seizures and was running out of his medication. One of the young ladies in the front of the office was to call the medication in and I would be able to pick it up the next afternoon at the office (Tuesday)I called and they did not have the medication. The Animal House is closed on Wednesday so Thursday morning I called and the girl who orders wasn’t in until later in the day. I was assured I would hear from her. Did not receive a phone call. Friday morning I called and again they didn’t have the medication, but this time I was told this medication is hard to get and it is not even available. I asked why couldn’t the Doctor prescribe a new medication. Asked to speak with the Doctor and was told she was too busy to see me or talk to me. Once they had a chance to talk to her they would call me. I asked if that would be before noon and was assured I would receive a phone call regarding my dogs medication. By 2:00 still no communication from the Animal House. I then went up to the office. I walk in and there are 4 young ladies sitting in the front area talking. I ask and they told me the Doctor had to call Auburn to confer with Doctors down there on what to prescribe. Again was promised a phone call regarding the medication for seizures. Funny thing is that half of the year we are in Florida and have a veterinarian there for our fur babies. I called them and it was no problem. They put the prescription in online and he will have it tomorrow. It is not a rare prescription. This could have all been avoided with just communication and follow up. I truly hope what they stated about the Doctor having to confer with another Doctor in Auburn because she didn’t know what to prescribe was not accurate. I always thought highly of her but due to what I was told. I have a lack of confidence and believe another Doctor might be a better fit

I would give them a million stars if I could! The staff is genuinely kind and caring. I boarded my dog here for a week while I was out of town, and she had a wonderful time. They were also quick to respond whenever I checked in on her. She was happy and clean when I picked her up! I recently used their veterinary services as well, and they treated both me and my dog with kindness. As a bonus, they never tried to sell me anything. Thank you, Animal House!

I highly recommend Animal House to anybody who truly loves their pet(s). The staff are unbelievably kind, patient, and understanding. You can tell that they have the kindest hearts for the people and pets who visit them. I wouldn't ever be able to trust my babies with any other vet staff, the way I do with Doctor Burt and her staff!
