This place used to be great. Loved the doctors and the front desk people. Today's visit changed all of that. While the doctor was still great, new front desk was horrible! I will not get into everything that happened but arguing with me saying I was wrong when they had my dogs charts switched. Of course when I showed proof, nothing was said. But the charts were changed. I called 3 weeks ago to ask how many dogs can I bring for one office visit, was told up to three. Today I was charged multiple office visits (brought 2). When I questioned it, I was told that wasn't true. The old front staff was amazing and friendly! The new ones, condescending, unfriendly and don't listen, so because of them, they just lost my business. I'll be looking for a new vet!
