I brought my dog to their clinic she was very sick. They diagnosed her with pancreatitis. This was a few days after a yearly check up and vaccines that totaled 450. They said they needed to keep her, and they would update me. They kept her for one night, sent her home with meds. She continued to have bloody diarrhea all over my house for days. I called them and they didn’t know how much they would charge me, they just wanted me to bring her back in. Well they had already charge me 950 for one night. So I decided to bring my dog to hope animal clinic. They kept her for a week, ran multiple tests, treated her until she was better for 1,000. She is now better, and doing great. I’m very thankful for hope. I don’t not recommend bringing your pet to Hueytown if it’s sick. I was charged so much for nothing, the vet I dealt with was unprofessional, she constantly called me girl. And really didn’t have any answers, or advice. Hope was a whole different ball game. Pls don’t bring your sick dog to Hueytown. Go to hope if your dog is sick or needing vaccines. You’ll save time, money, and your pet will get better.

Love HVC. We entrusted numerous babies with them over the past 15 years. Excellent doctors and staff.

I started using Hueytown for my animals last year and have had nothing but great experiences. I’ve struggled finding a vet I’m completely happy with for years until now. They truly seem to care about the animals and aren’t going to push a ton of unnecessary charges. Moose + Canela say thank you!!!
