I would love to give a five star review. I know this is a great non profit organization. And they do so much to try and keep the overpopulation rates down. I had my female dog scheduled for a Spay on August 5th - but the day before, she went into heat. I tried contacting multiple times to inform them of the situation and try and get a refund of the spay and microchip costs.. But I was unable to make contact. I have continued to attempt to reach someone and still have not spoken with anyone. But I still think this is a great organization. I just think communication needs to be better. I would like to get my money back. I cannot afford to pay for services that were not rendered.
