I had to bring in my rabbit for end of life care. The facility was calming, clean, and smelled wonderful when we walked in. The staff quickly accommodated me on short notice which I am so thankful for. The staff were so sweet and supportive while walking me through the last steps of my rabbits life. Lillian Veternary Hospital took care of my family in so many ways outside of the clinic. Thank you truly from the bottom to top of my heart. My family was able to find peace. I trust them 100% to help your animals to receive the care they need and would highly recommend.

UPDATE I filed a complaint against them with The Better Business Bureau including all the paperwork and showing what the vet who actually cared for and treated her charged compared to Lillian Animal Hospital. The complaint is being sent and filed against them as of today. I took my cat into this clinic yesterday with an emergency and I have never been treated so rudely or with so much disrespect ever. The red head at the front desk is rude, unkind and treated me with such disregard. She never smiled once or wished me or my animal well. It’s the worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered . I would on my worst day never speak to someone like that or make them feel the way she made me feel as the first point of contact in any business. They did not help my cat at all and charged me almost $200 dollars for a “ quick check” doctor’s words and a free sample of revolution plus. Do not take your animals here There are much better, kinder, compassionate vets in the area.Their response is the biggest BS I have ever heard. They charged me almost $200 it was not a free sample of meds. They did nothing for her and were incredibly rude. All I’ve heard about them today is bad things and that it’s just a money grab I repeat Do NOT take your animals there. There are kind, respectful and good vets nearby.

The staff at Lillian veterinary hospital are very knowledgeable. Not only do they know medicine but also in how to manage the extremely variable behavior issues encountered when administering care. In my case, how to calm a very nervous 170 lb boerboel and helping with and sharing in the emotional decision when care is no longer beneficial or humane for a pet.. I can't recommend them enough.
