Everyone at Loxley Animal Hospital, from reception to technicians to Dr. Gill, are all professional and caring. They have always taken wonderful care of my timid girl, Izzy. The clinic cats are welcoming, the wait time is minimal, and the reasonable prices for services (plus the option to receive flea prevention via mail) are just an added bonus! Thank you Dr. Gill & staff!

They were so kind, helpful, and respectful in helping me let go of my 12 year old fur baby. They did everything they could to ease my pain and were so gentle! Can not recommend enough!

Dr. Gill and her team have been incredible to Charlie and I. When Charlie first came to the clinic, he was terrified of a new vet and I had to physically carry him out of the car and into the building where he continued to be extremely nervous around everyone. Dr. Gill and her team then learned about his likes/dislikes and formed new approaches and took notes (i.e. when he first came, he didn’t like people touching his paws, so they clipped his nails while he was standing and minimally touched his paws). They also allow all testing to be done in the room with me holding him and everyone gives him love from the moment we walk in and throughout our visits inside the room. The techs have been very thorough, understanding, and gentle with Charlie. Dr. Gill has been extremely helpful, supportive, and knowledgeable with every issue I have brought up. Charlie has built rapport with everyone now with us just visiting them or for appointments. He is now happy to walk out of the car, inside, and see his second family. 💗💗
