This vet saved my dog's life! Dr. Gilson and Dr. Stevens performed an emergency gallbladder removal on my dog after hours on a Friday night, and it saved my dog. She is one week out from the surgery now and doing well. Were they the cheapest? Probably not. Do I care? No! They went above and beyond, and I am truly grateful for their help! I honestly don’t know how to put into words how grateful I am for Dr. Carl D Myers and his incredible care team he has given my sweet Stella. Over the past two days, Dr. Myers and his team have gone above and beyond what I could have ever expected from a veterinarian. He has worked around the clock, staying closely involved in Stella’s care and checking on her personally. He told me that Stella is a very special and sweet dog and that he didn’t want to lose her. When he went to see her, she woke up, walked right over to him, climbed into his lap, and snuggled with him. That moment says so much about the kind of person he is and the trust Stella has in him. I believe that miracles sometimes come through people and Dr. Myers has been one of those people for Stella. He didn’t just treat my dog. He cared about her. He fought for her. He lost sleep over her. He came in when he didn’t have to. He loved her when she needed someone in her corner the most. I will forever be grateful to Dr. Carl Myers for everything he has done for Stella. If you are looking for a veterinarian who genuinely cares about the animals entrusted to him, I cannot recommend him highly enough. Five stars doesn’t feel like enough. Thank you, Dr. Myers, for fighting for my girl.
