Dr. Katie Wright and her assistant were very professional and sweet. They handled my new 11 week old puppy with kindness and gentleness.They took time to explain everything they were doing and asked if I had any other questions or concerns. I did not feel like I was being rushed out so they could get to the next patient. I appreciated that every much! At our previous veterinary clinic in Gardendale, we always had to wait an hour or longer after our set appointment time and then rushed out with a very hefty bill. At Stewart Animal Clinic we were seen before our set appointment time and our bill was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Stewart Animal Clinic.

Prices have went up tremendously and no one warns you. They took my dog out of the room for all tests unlike they used to and did not tell me. They would not provide a prescription refill until seen, even though I have never missed an appointment and I explained I had already purchased a 6 month supply on a discount. While I had an appointment scheduled for the next week. The front desk was very rude and would not let me speak to my veterinarian. The vet was very apologetic and the tech was very kind. Now, I have been called after already receiving a message about results that they were not able to run her stool. After being told multiple different reasons a manager explained it was an accidental duplicate test. I am unsure what to believe. I am very unhappy with the care received and we will no longer be using this clinic.
