We’ve finally had it with the poor communication and attitude at this clinic. We asked a straightforward question about switching our cats’ food, followed up multiple times, and had to wait over an entire month just to get an answer from the vet. If an in person exam is required before you can give basic dietary guidance, just say that from day one instead of stringing clients along for four weeks. We had literally just spent $600 here taking care of an issue for one of our cats, and instead of a helpful answer, we were told all three of our cats were overdue for visits and immediately got hit with a barrage of automated reminder texts. On top of the communication lag, appointments with Dr. Dodson were always an annoyance. She constantly talks down to you and acts like you don’t know your own animals. To make matters worse, when Dr. Dodson wasn't available and we scheduled an appointment with a different doctor at the exact same clinic to get our cat seen in time, the staff insisted we never do that again. Been going here a while, but it's been bad enough, so we've pulled our records and are taking our animals to a vet that actually communicates, respects pet owners, and doesn't push unnecessary friction.
